01 Who this notice covers
This notice describes how Deephouse Concetto and Deephouse Mobiletto (together referred to here as “Deephouse Malaysia”) handle personal data when you browse this website or contact either business. Each business handles enquiries relating to its own services. An enquiry to Mobiletto is not automatically shared with Concetto, and vice versa.
02 The information we may receive
When you choose to contact us, this may include your name, telephone or WhatsApp number, project location, property or business details, budget range where voluntarily provided, project descriptions, drawings, photographs and messages. We may also receive information you share directly during a consultation. Basic technical information may be processed by our web-hosting and security services when you visit the site.
03 Where the information comes from
We receive information directly from you when you message, call or meet us, or when another person contacts us with your authority. Our hosting provider may process connection and security records generated when the website is accessed.
04 How we use information
We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, discuss project requirements, arrange appointments, prepare proposals or quotations, coordinate design or production work, deliver agreed services, maintain business records, handle follow-up requests and meet applicable legal obligations. We will not use your contact details for unrelated promotional messages without an appropriate basis or choice.
05 Your choices and whether details are required
Browsing the public website does not require you to provide your name or phone number. Sharing enquiry details is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond or prepare a meaningful proposal without relevant contact and project information. Please do not send sensitive identification, banking or medical information through general enquiries. You may ask us to stop optional marketing communications.
06 WhatsApp and external links
If you choose a WhatsApp contact link, the website opens WhatsApp for you to review and send a message. WhatsApp/Meta processes communications under its own policies. Google Maps links and other external destinations operate under their own privacy practices. Simply visiting our website does not send a WhatsApp enquiry on your behalf.
07 Website operation, cookies and analytics
The current Homeowner Checklist can save progress and notes in your own browser storage; that information is not submitted to Deephouse by the checklist itself. The website uses services needed for hosting, security and page display, including remotely loaded fonts. Website analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies or additional enquiry integrations may be introduced later; this notice and any required user choices should be updated before those features are enabled.
08 Who may receive information
Depending on the enquiry or agreed work, relevant details may be accessible to authorised staff of the company you contacted, service providers that support communications, hosting or business operations, and external contractors or suppliers involved in the project where necessary and appropriate. Data may also be disclosed where required by law. We do not treat the other Deephouse company as an automatic recipient of your enquiry.
09 Storage, security and international services
We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data and restrict access according to business need. Internet and messaging services cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Some hosting, communications or third-party services may process information outside Malaysia; any such transfer should be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the relevant enquiry, project, legitimate business records or applicable legal obligations, then delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it when appropriate. Specific retention periods depend on the nature of the record and should be confirmed in our internal operating procedures.

Please contact the relevant company using the official WhatsApp details below and identify your request as a personal data or privacy enquiry.
